Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capability to train and mentor team members
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Ability to handle operational challenges promptly

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing a fast food restaurant or similar food service environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant including executing company policies procedures programs and systems
  • Ensure restaurant objectives are achieved in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Create and maintain a people excellence environment
  • Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain Wendy’s quality standards in every item served
