Job Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant including executing company policies procedures programs and systems
- Ensure restaurant objectives are achieved in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a people excellence environment
- Inspire team members to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain Wendy’s quality standards in every item served
