Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years restaurant or foodservice management experience
- strong leadership capabilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
- capability to operate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation and safety
- manage hiring, training, and development of restaurant team members
- ensure excellent guest service and maintain high standards for restaurant cleanliness and organization
- develop and implement creative marketing and community engagement initiatives
- manage sales forecasting, staffing levels, and profit and loss responsibilities
- foster a positive workplace culture that values teamwork and leadership growth
- jump in to assist in any area as needed to support restaurant success
