This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products but operating as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in quick service restaurants, retail, or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational success
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Commitment to uphold company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high volume quick service restaurants
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to set goals and implement plans to achieve restaurant objectives
- Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
- Effective coaching and communication abilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Must be 18 years or older to manage corporate-owned restaurants
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting set financial goals
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- Follow up on Department Managers' progress and improve departmental performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
- Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and create actionable plans
- Maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced quick service environment
