This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products but operating as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. This franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in quick service restaurants, retail, or hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational success
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Commitment to uphold company standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably in high volume quick service restaurants
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to set goals and implement plans to achieve restaurant objectives
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
  • Effective coaching and communication abilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage corporate-owned restaurants

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting set financial goals
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Lead and develop a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
  • Follow up on Department Managers' progress and improve departmental performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and create actionable plans
  • Maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced quick service environment
