Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient in hotel management software
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead and motivate hotel staff to achieve high performance
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Manage financial operations including budgeting and forecasting
- Foster a positive work environment emphasizing teamwork and customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
