Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of 3 years hotel management experience
  • experience working in extended stay hotel operations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proven management experience in extended stay hotel or similar hospitality environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • experience in financial management and budgeting

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management
  • manage housekeeping and maintenance departments
  • ensure high-quality guest services and satisfaction
  • lead and motivate hotel staff in a fast-paced environment
  • develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
  • maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
