Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 3 years hotel management experience
- experience working in extended stay hotel operations
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management
- manage housekeeping and maintenance departments

- manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
