Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- six or more years of experience as a General Manager or two or more years managing multiple hotels
- previous experience with a major branded hotel
- extensive rooms and/or food and beverage operations experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based applications
- knowledge of hotel property management systems
- willingness to relocate

- Six or more years of experience as a General Manager or two or more years as General Manager over multiple hotels
- previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel
- extensive rooms and/or food and beverage experience
- bachelor's degree in hotel management, business, or related field or equivalent experience
- proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systems
- willingness to relocate
Job Duties
- Collaborate on operational plans to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- lead associates to meet Atrium's service and satisfaction goals through positive guest experiences
- utilize brand tools creatively to meet current and future guest expectations
- ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems
- manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety
- engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium's core values
