Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant operations or management
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • proficiency in English or the primary language(s) required at the location
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to pass background and drug screening
  • availability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Job Qualifications

  • previous restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • passion for delivering great guest experiences
  • creative approach to marketing and community engagement
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
  • hire, train, and develop team members to achieve business goals
  • oversee profit and loss management including budgeting and sales forecasting
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
  • implement creative marketing initiatives such as community engagement and fundraising
  • lead by example and assist with daily restaurant tasks as needed
  • ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining strong customer service standards
