Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant operations or management
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in English or the primary language(s) required at the location
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to pass background and drug screening
- availability to lead and motivate a diverse team

- previous restaurant management experience
- strong leadership and team development skills
- business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
- excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- manage restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- hire, train, and develop team members to achieve business goals
- oversee profit and loss management including budgeting and sales forecasting
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- implement creative marketing initiatives such as community engagement and fundraising
- lead by example and assist with daily restaurant tasks as needed
- ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining strong customer service standards
