Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years in a management role within the hospitality industry
- proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- experience managing operations within major hotel brands preferred
- experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management preferred
Job Duties
- execute full property oversight
- drive financial results including P&L management and budget control
- lead and coach the hotel team
- ensure quality and guest experience with daily inspections and brand standard compliance
- complete weekly reports and participate in corporate calls
