Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting 25-50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and restaurant managers
  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded every visit
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
  • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures and quality standards
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals by participating in marketing programs
  • Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently
  • Anticipate and address problems promptly with corrective actions
