- Previous management experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant including executing all company policies and procedures
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas while adhering to company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Create and maintain a 'People Excellence' environment
- Inspire team members to deliver Wendy's quality and spirit
- Help every team member advance by developing their skills
