Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing a team of 20 or more employees
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Ability to comply with Federal, State and local laws

- Prior leadership experience in restaurant or similar fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
- Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
- Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
- Champion Wendy's operating systems
- Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
- Follow Federal, State and local laws
