Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Serve-Safe Certification
  • Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of supervisory practices
  • Familiarity with planning and budgeting
  • Ability to conduct interviews and training
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
  • Effective communication skills including report writing and presentations
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations including basic algebra and geometry
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
  • Serve-Safe Certification
  • Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Duties

  • Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Oversee profit and loss analysis and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas
