Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Serve-Safe Certification
- Completion of GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of supervisory practices
- Familiarity with planning and budgeting
- Ability to conduct interviews and training
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Effective communication skills including report writing and presentations
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including basic algebra and geometry
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Serve-Safe Certification

Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Oversee profit and loss analysis and implement corrective measures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives in all areas
