Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe Certified
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of policies and procedures
- Ability to perform P&L analysis
- Supervisory skills including planning, budgeting, interviewing, training
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company’s operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of company policies and procedures
- Ability to analyze P&L statements and execute corrective actions
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Familiarity with planning and budgeting practices
- Experience in interviewing and training employees
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in basic algebra and geometry
- Problem-solving and reasoning abilities
Job Duties
- Manage operations and staff to ensure smooth restaurant functioning
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Conduct P&L analysis and implement corrective measures
- Plan and manage budgeting and resource allocation
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members
