Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • enthusiasm and friendly attitude
  • business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
  • ability to oversee food preparation and restaurant cleanliness
  • creativity in marketing and community engagement
  • passion for leadership and team development
  • ability to provide excellent guest experience
