Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- enthusiasm and friendly attitude
- business knowledge including P&L management and sales forecasting
- ability to oversee food preparation and restaurant cleanliness
- creativity in marketing and community engagement
- passion for leadership and team development
- ability to provide excellent guest experience
