Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- prior General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
- knowledge of quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- leadership experience in managing teams
- ability to create and implement operational goals
- effective communication skills
- experience with staffing and scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail environments considered an asset
- leadership skills with ability to coach and develop others
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- must be 18 years or older for managerial positions
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set goals and create plans to achieve restaurant objectives
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
- support Department Managers in setting and following up on their goals
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership
- oversee daily restaurant operations and staffing
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
