Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • prior General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • knowledge of quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • leadership experience in managing teams
  • ability to create and implement operational goals
  • effective communication skills
  • experience with staffing and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume restaurant settings
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail environments considered an asset
  • leadership skills with ability to coach and develop others
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • must be 18 years or older for managerial positions

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set goals and create plans to achieve restaurant objectives
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
  • support Department Managers in setting and following up on their goals
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and staffing
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
