Job Requirements
- Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- Must be Serve-Safe certified
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read analyze and interpret complex business and technical documents
- Knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Strong supervisory and training skills
- Compliance with federal state and local employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of supervisory practices and training and development methods
- Familiarity with federal state and local employment laws
- Ability to read analyze and interpret business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Competence in calculating figures and amounts including discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Strong problem solving and reasoning ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including the execution of all company policies procedures programs and systems
- Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring decisions
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and service quality
