Job Requirements

  • Must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • Must be Serve-Safe certified
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret complex business and technical documents
  • Knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • Strong supervisory and training skills
  • Compliance with federal state and local employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of supervisory practices and training and development methods
  • Familiarity with federal state and local employment laws
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Competence in calculating figures and amounts including discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Strong problem solving and reasoning ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant including the execution of all company policies procedures programs and systems
  • Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership direction training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Conduct staff interviews and participate in hiring decisions
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and service quality
