Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a senior front of house management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with labor management and scheduling software
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior FOH leader in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership presence with a calm, confident, hands-on style
  • Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and building memorable experiences
  • Experience opening restaurants or leading teams through growth is a plus
  • Financial and operational awareness, with a guest-first mindset

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the Front of House team, setting the tone for service, culture, and professionalism
  • Own the guest experience across all touchpoints, from the first hello to the final farewell
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong FOH leadership team and hourly staff
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless BOH/FOH collaboration
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, labor management, and service execution
  • Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
