Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years old
  • prior general manager experience preferred, especially in quick service restaurant settings
  • ability to lead teams effectively
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • willing to work flexible hours
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a general manager in high-volume quick service restaurants
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to set and achieve business goals
  • experience in hospitality or retail is an asset
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage a diverse team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • collaborate with leadership to set and implement restaurant goals
  • lead department managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop department and shift managers
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
