Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Availability to participate in 6–8 weeks of training in Seattle prior to opening
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience ideally in hospitality or Asian-inspired cuisine with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
- Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with guests, staff, and vendors
- Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management
- Deep knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance
- Passion for food, hospitality, and guest-centric service
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a welcoming and memorable dining environment
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and community engagement strategies
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards as well as company policies
- Promote core values including honesty, transparency, respect, empathy, and continuous learning
