Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Availability to participate in 6–8 weeks of training in Seattle prior to opening

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience ideally in hospitality or Asian-inspired cuisine with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with guests, staff, and vendors
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and guest-centric service

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
  • Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a welcoming and memorable dining environment
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members to create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and community engagement strategies
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards as well as company policies
  • Promote core values including honesty, transparency, respect, empathy, and continuous learning
