- ability to work early morning hours

- experience in managing food cost goals and labor targets

- knowledge of p&l analysis
- excellent organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations from opening to closing
- ensure store is audit-ready daily
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- lead and motivate team during peak hours
- maintain excellent customer service standards
- handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory tasks
- prepare daily deposit and close store operations
