Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a General Manager
  • Proven financial management skills including P&L analysis and budgeting
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to manage labor productivity
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in hospitality management

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering financial results with ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning
  • Proven ability to build, influence and grow cohesive teams
  • Demonstrated positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
  • Knowledge of revenue management, sales, marketing and food & beverage strategies
  • Familiar with governmental regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
  • Skilled in labor productivity management
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to execute strategy
  • Experience in similar leadership role required with 3-5 years of General Manager experience preferred
  • Experience with branded hotel or upscale property a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, develop and influence teams to deliver financial, cultural and experiential results for hotel and food & beverage
  • Serve as the strategic business leader responsible for overall performance including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget and labor
  • Direct leadership teams and develop performance of all departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing and human resources
  • Lead day-to-day culture maintaining ethical leadership to achieve associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivering business results
  • Manage hotel style and ambiance to bring brand to life for associates and guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by RVPs and Corporate Leadership
