Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational and financial strategies
- Strong team management and coaching capabilities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
- Capability to handle budgeting, P&L oversight, and financial reporting
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands is a plus
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, or project management
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution
- Lead and coach the hotel team including scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary action
- Ensure quality and guest experience by daily inspection of vacant rooms and maintaining brand standards
- Complete and submit weekly reports and participate in corporate calls for alignment
