Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- ability to work full time
- experience in hotel management or related hospitality field
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with operational technology and reporting tools
Job Qualifications
- at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
- or 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
- or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in budget management and sales strategies
- ability to use technology and reporting tools effectively
- excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
