Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • ability to work full time
  • experience in hotel management or related hospitality field
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency with operational technology and reporting tools

Job Qualifications

  • at least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • or 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience
  • or 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in budget management and sales strategies
  • ability to use technology and reporting tools effectively
  • excellent guest service and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • boost revenue and control costs to maintain financial health
  • develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • prepare and manage budgets
  • utilize reporting and technology tools to improve operations
  • resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
