Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-5 years of restaurant management experience including General Manager role
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol service regulations, and safety procedures
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing staff
  • Ability to analyze financial statements including Profit and Loss
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience including restaurant General Manager experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct teams effectively and foster a culture of development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements
  • Passion for training and developing others
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service and quality
  • Manage restaurant management team through engagement, training and performance initiatives
  • Analyze Profit and Loss statements and drive financial performance
  • Lead local restaurant marketing and community engagement efforts
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies for guest satisfaction and retention
  • Drive fundraising and charitable activities within the community
