Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and budgets
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Effective hiring and mentoring experience
  • Proficiency in customer service and sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
