Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel management
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and budgets
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Effective hiring and mentoring experience
- Proficiency in customer service and sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
