Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in hotel management across multiple departments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts
  • Experience with sales, marketing, and revenue management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and digital marketing
  • High ethical and moral standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and manage operational challenges

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in senior hotel management roles
  • Prior General Manager or flag experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver operational results and financial performance
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and develop associates
  • Food and beverage management experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Commitment to ethical standards and personal integrity
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage all phases of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Deliver above average operational results at the HP and NOI lines
  • Foster superior teamwork by creating heart connections with associates, empowering them, and creating a learning environment
  • Develop imaginative and innovative sales and marketing programs to penetrate customer markets and develop new niches
  • Achieve above average REVPAR market performance and increase catering revenue from banquets, conferences, special events, and weddings
  • Ensure significantly above average guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction scores
  • Utilize experience in food and beverage management to enhance overall guest services
