Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in a leadership role or equivalent military service
  • Strong passion for customer service and team leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and excellent working environment
  • Capability to make decisions quickly in a dynamic work setting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
  • One plus years of experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military service
  • Commitment to excellence and workplace safety
  • Strong customer service and support orientation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and team operations
  • Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach, and motivate the restaurant team
  • Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, food ordering, and costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are in place and adhered to according to McDonald's standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance to meet standards of excellence
