Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year experience in a leadership role or equivalent military service
- Strong passion for customer service and team leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and excellent working environment
- Capability to make decisions quickly in a dynamic work setting
Job Qualifications

- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- One plus years of experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US Military service
- Commitment to excellence and workplace safety
- Strong customer service and support orientation
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, and team operations
- Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach, and motivate the restaurant team
- Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, food ordering, and costs
- Ensure food safety measures are in place and adhered to according to McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance to meet standards of excellence
