Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience managing a high volume quick service restaurant preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in hospitality or retail environments
- Ability to set strategic goals and implement plans
- Effective communication and coaching abilities
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by managing business operations effectively
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers by setting goals and providing coaching
- Develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership roles
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet operational targets
- Hire and develop a capable restaurant management team
