Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members
- At least 1 year experience leading, motivating or developing others or US Military service
- Commitment to maintaining excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
- Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
- Train, coach and motivate team members
- Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
