Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and fellow team members
  • At least 1 year experience leading, motivating or developing others or US Military service
  • Commitment to maintaining excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
  • Plan and manage all people processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
  • Train, coach and motivate team members
  • Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
