Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant general manager experience
  • knowledge of labor laws
  • understanding of health codes
  • knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • experience with responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • competency in computer operations
  • ability to manage, direct, and develop teams
  • capability to analyze profit and loss statements
  • passion for leading change and training others

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience including previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations

  • proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements

Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations including staff management and customer service
  • manage local restaurant marketing and promotional activities
  • analyze and manage profit and loss statements
