Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant general manager experience
- knowledge of labor laws
- understanding of health codes
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- experience with responsible alcohol service
- familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
- competency in computer operations
- ability to manage, direct, and develop teams
- capability to analyze profit and loss statements
- passion for leading change and training others
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years of management experience including previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct the work of others
- passion for training and developing team members
- proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements
Job Duties
- oversee all restaurant operations including staff management and customer service
- manage local restaurant marketing and promotional activities
- analyze and manage profit and loss statements
- lead and implement performance, engagement, and training initiatives for the management team
- oversee community connection and fundraising activities
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
