Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant management
- Prior leadership role experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage costs and scheduling
- Knowledge of safety and health regulations
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and manual dexterity
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Must meet age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- Must be able to communicate verbally and visually
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage employees including performance appraisals and disciplinary actions
- Shape and maintain a positive restaurant culture with high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to management and staff
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Drive sales building activities and maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- Meet and greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety standards
- Enforce safe work behaviors to maintain safety for guests and staff
- Monitor quality and cleanliness standards
- Control inventory, cash, labor scheduling, and financial reporting
- Manage food and labor costs including portion control and scheduling
- Maintain facility and company assets
- Perform all other assigned duties
