- Passion for living a healthy life

Job Duties
- In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Recruit interview and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate inspire and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu policies team member benefits and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
