Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5M or more
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Certification
- Allergy Certification
