Job Requirements

  • strong background in institutional dining including retail dining coffee shop and cafe operations FOH and BOH
  • healthcare dining background preferred
  • experience in contract dining food service setting such as hospital school college senior living or corporate dining
  • ability to lead and inspire a team
  • polished and professional communication skills
  • creativity in menu presentation
  • experience managing staff and operations
  • technology proficiency relevant to food service management
  • ability to work in a fast paced busy hospital environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role front and back
  • knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • catering management experience
  • impeccable communication skills
  • restaurant management knowledge
  • thorough knowledge of menu implementation with presentation ideas
  • team building with strong recruiting and retention program
  • technology savvy
  • hospitality degree a strong plus
