Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- knowledge of state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, finger, handle, and feel objects
- maintain visual and verbal communication skills
- able to freely access all areas of the restaurant
- availability to work various shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and staff following company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, train, appraise, reward, discipline, and terminate employees as necessary
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- create a warm, hospitable atmosphere encouraging team performance
- communicate sales performance and cascade corporate programs
- assist team members as needed with job duties
- champion sales building and suggestive selling activities
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and company security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- manage cash control, inventory, food and labor costs, schedules, and financial reporting
- perform P&L management
- control food costs through recipe adherence and portion control
- optimize labor scheduling and monitor sales performance
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
