Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of management experience
  • previous restaurant General Manager experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • ability to manage and direct work of others
  • ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements

Job Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of management experience

Job Duties

  • create legendary experiences for guests
  • oversee restaurant management team performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • manage local restaurant marketing and community fundraising activities
  • analyze Profit and Loss statements to ensure financial performance
  • enforce compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service regulations
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • champion change and develop team members
