- 4-5 years of management experience
- previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
- ability to manage and direct work of others

Job Duties
- create legendary experiences for guests
- oversee restaurant management team performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- manage local restaurant marketing and community fundraising activities
- analyze Profit and Loss statements to ensure financial performance
- enforce compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service regulations
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- champion change and develop team members
