Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates

- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a management role within the food service or fast food industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding of fractions
- Ability to train, coach, and develop employees
- Experience with inventory control and cash management
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
- Ability to work with integrity and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Manage a staff of assistant managers and 15-30 employees depending on location
- Assign, oversee, and evaluate employee work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and termination of employees
- Provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
- Delegate and manage ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft
- Assist in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecast food items and estimate consumption per shift
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
- Assist team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency
- Greet customers, take orders, operate cash register, assemble orders, and check for accuracy
- Ensure every customer receives world-class service
- Complete daily food preparations including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity
- Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork with accuracy
- Control inventory using weekly systems and maintain regular ordering
- Conduct weekly manager meetings
- Audit systems, procedures, and end of shift paperwork
- Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment
- Manage cash drawers and deposits according to Deposit Operating Procedure
- Perform other related duties as required
