Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical stamina to work 50-80 hours per week
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates
  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and listen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a management role within the food service or fast food industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and understanding of fractions
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop employees
  • Experience with inventory control and cash management
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational procedures
  • Ability to work with integrity and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage a staff of assistant managers and 15-30 employees depending on location
  • Assign, oversee, and evaluate employee work for compliance
  • Manage hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and termination of employees
  • Provide on the job training and coaching for new employees
  • Delegate and manage ordering, receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft
  • Assist in supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
  • Forecast food items and estimate consumption per shift
  • Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty
  • Assist team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency
  • Greet customers, take orders, operate cash register, assemble orders, and check for accuracy
  • Ensure every customer receives world-class service
  • Complete daily food preparations including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
  • Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity
  • Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork with accuracy
  • Control inventory using weekly systems and maintain regular ordering
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings
  • Audit systems, procedures, and end of shift paperwork
  • Complete preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment
  • Manage cash drawers and deposits according to Deposit Operating Procedure
  • Perform other related duties as required
