Job Requirements
- previous hotel general manager experience or 3+ years as an assistant general manager at a Marriott or branded property
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to maintaining high service standards
- prior brand experience preferred
- experience in the local or similar market is a plus

- proven leadership skills in the hospitality industry
- strong financial acumen and experience preparing operating budgets
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
