Job Requirements

  • previous hotel general manager experience or 3+ years as an assistant general manager at a Marriott or branded property
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • prior brand experience preferred
  • experience in the local or similar market is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • previous hotel general manager experience or 3+ years as an assistant general manager at a Marriott or branded property
  • proven leadership skills in the hospitality industry
  • strong financial acumen and experience preparing operating budgets
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to foster a positive work environment

  • prior brand experience preferred
