Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or food service management
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- flexibility to assist in various operational roles
- proficiency in the primary language(s) spoken at the location

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food safety and quality
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff to foster a motivated and skilled team
- oversee sales forecasting and manage financial aspects including profit and loss
- maintain clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environments
- implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement events
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by upholding Chipotle’s service standards
- assist in any operational tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant functioning
