Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- must be a legal U.S. citizen
- must have California Manager Food Handler Card verified by accredited source
- ability to make decisions and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment

- effective leadership and team development skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US military service
- passion for helping and serving others
- strong customer service focus
- effective communication skills
- commitment to workplace excellence and safety
- experience running high volume or quick service restaurant locations preferred
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and develop Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant performance
- hire and train Department and Shift Managers
- maintain a safe and excellent customer service environment
