Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- At least 2 years experience as a General Manager in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
- Proven leadership in managing multi-department hotel operations
- Strong financial knowledge including P and L management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams and foster inclusive culture
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager in lifestyle or high-profile 4 or 5-star hotel
- Proven experience managing high-energy environments integrating nightlife, gastronomy, and arts
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue management and market analysis
- Experience leading complex multi-outlet food and beverage operations
- Visionary in hotel programming and guest experience design
- Passion for arts, music, and entertainment industries
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Highly social personality with guest engagement skills
- Ability to adapt to non-traditional work schedules including late nights
Job Duties
- Manage owners assets to maximize returns
- Develop and execute multi-year business strategy focused on brand positioning
- Maintain positive relationship with property ownership

- Oversee property financials including P and Ls and forecasting
- Challenge and improve practices to meet guest quality expectations
- Optimize sales and revenue management strategies
- Maintain facility to preserve asset value
- Lead capital planning and owner capital utilization

- Ensure safety of colleagues and guests
- Align property operations and services to Hyatt brand
- Promote environmental sustainability
