Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or ged
- preferred 3-5 years of restaurant or supervisory experience
- certified with appropriate state or local health department
- possess necessary licenses and permits to sell alcoholic beverages where applicable
- able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand, walk, bend and stoop for prolonged periods
- able to work various schedules as required
- display professional appearance and behavior

Job Duties
- Train, monitor and enforce food safety procedures
- ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
- maintain safe working conditions

- control profit and loss through inventory, food cost and labor management
- take inventory and order food and supplies
- generate work schedules
- engage in local restaurant marketing efforts
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
