  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-5 years of relevant management experience
  • prior experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety requirements
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to analyze financial statements
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • experience with safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to manage and direct work teams

Job Duties

  • manage and direct the restaurant management team
  • oversee local restaurant marketing and community fundraising activities
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • analyze and manage Profit and Loss statements
  • champion change and continuous improvement
  • train and develop staff members
  • maintain high standards of food quality and responsible alcohol service
