Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and coach team members
  • Capable of managing inventory, labor, and staffing
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve
  • Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working near open flames
  • Must maintain consistent communication with team members
  • Comfortable working in varied temperature conditions
  • Ability to work in tight spaces when necessary

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a restaurant or foodservice environment
  • Strong people development and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing efficiently

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and operational processes

Job Duties
