This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. Unlike positions directly under McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's iconic logos and food products to run the restaurant business. When you accept this role, you become an employee of the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail is an asset
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in coordination with leadership and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach Department Managers to set goals, track progress, and improve performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee development
