Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience
- at least 2 years as a general manager
- culinary/kitchen management experience
- availability for 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
- minimum of 3 years experience with profit and loss statements
- strong ability to train others on operational aspects
- drive for hospitality and leadership
- effective coaching and development skills
- NRA ServSafe Manager or equivalent certification
- VDLC certification preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- business or relevant degree preferred
Job Qualifications
