Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 2 years as a general manager
  • culinary/kitchen management experience
  • availability for 8-10 hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
  • minimum of 3 years experience with profit and loss statements
  • strong ability to train others on operational aspects
  • drive for hospitality and leadership
  • effective coaching and development skills
  • NRA ServSafe Manager or equivalent certification
  • VDLC certification preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • business or relevant degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a general manager
  • culinary/kitchen management experience

  • strong ability to train others on all operational aspects
  • drive for hospitality and inspire others to follow suit
  • effective coaching and development skills
  • NRA ServSafe Manager or equivalent, and VDLC-certified preferred
  • experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
  • business or relevant degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide honest, hardworking, and compassionate leadership
  • meet and exceed financial and profitability goals

  • oversee inventory, quality, and safety
  • manage payroll processing, cash management, and scheduling
  • maintain employee relations
  • uphold our standards of excellence and hospitality while managing the facility

  • work in other SP restaurants during school breaks
