Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • Frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting talking and active listening as required by role
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly using appropriate equipment or assistance as needed
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong customer service skills with problem resolution capability
  • Experience managing budgets controlling costs and achieving financial targets
  • Ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities tasks and staff
  • Strong attention to detail particularly food quality cleanliness and compliance

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness organization and operational efficiency
  • Ensure Wendy's operational standards for food quality service cleanliness and safety are met and exceeded
  • Manage food inventory stock levels and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Recruit hire train and develop team members fostering respect professionalism and customer service
  • Lead motivate and guide staff to achieve operational and service excellence
  • Control food labor and other operational costs while managing budget
  • Handle customer complaints concerns and feedback professionally ensuring positive resolution
  • Schedule and assign tasks to staff optimizing operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with Wendy's policies health safety labor laws and conduct regular audits
  • Lead local marketing efforts drive traffic and sales through promotions and community outreach
  • Respond to emergencies operational disruptions follow protocols ensuring minimal business impact
