Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within the fitness industry or a related environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- experience with budgeting and financial management
- proficient in relevant software and operational tools
- commitment to upholding company policies and standards
- ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
- comprehensive knowledge of facility operational, sales, and management systems
- proficiency in all software programs used at the facility
- ability to motivate and manage a staff of employees effectively
- proven track record of personal production
- experience in leading production meetings
- understanding of sales reporting to effect positive change
- complete knowledge of the GM position description and compensation plan
- thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain overall responsibility for gym operations and revenue generation
- manage and motivate staff effectively
- conduct and lead production meetings
- utilize software programs to oversee operational, sales, and management systems
- implement company standards and policies at the facility
- analyze sales reporting to drive performance improvements
- ensure a positive member experience in alignment with company values
