Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
  • availability to work full-time including some weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and sales goals
  • knowledge of food safety and labor cost management
  • experience in training and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
  • maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
  • overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
  • training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
  • managing food and labor costs
  • managing and maintaining safe working conditions
  • managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover, initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
  • interviewing and hiring team members
