Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
- availability to work full-time including some weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
- maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
- overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
- training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
- managing food and labor costs
- managing and maintaining safe working conditions
- managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover, initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
- interviewing and hiring team members
