Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
- Proven leadership and success as a casual dining/full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe and local/state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years of consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager roles required
- Proven leadership record as a casual dining/full service restaurant manager required for external candidates
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain local and state regulatory certificates
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service
- Hire, train, and inspire restaurant team members to ensure exceptional performance
- Drive sales growth and maximize guest satisfaction
- Create a fun and safe work environment that encourages team development
- Ensure compliance with all employment policies and workplace safety regulations
- Manage team member performance through evaluations, coaching, training, and discipline
- Select top talent to enhance the restaurant's team quality
- Practice safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests at all times
