Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions
  • Proven leadership and success as a casual dining/full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe and local/state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years of consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager roles required
  • Proven leadership record as a casual dining/full service restaurant manager required for external candidates
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain local and state regulatory certificates
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service
  • Hire, train, and inspire restaurant team members to ensure exceptional performance
  • Drive sales growth and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Create a fun and safe work environment that encourages team development
  • Ensure compliance with all employment policies and workplace safety regulations
  • Manage team member performance through evaluations, coaching, training, and discipline
